Property Location - The property is on the Costa Rican Caribean coast, Punta Uva beach, district of Talamanca, Province of Limón, 5 miles away from Puerto Viejo and 2.2 miles from Manzanillo, on the main road that links these two villages. It is part of the National Wildlife Refuge Gandoca - Manzanillo.

In front of the property, is the main entrance to Hotel Las Palmas, which shares strategic location, close to the two most beautiful beaches in the area, Manzanillo and Punta Uva. These two beaches, are also admired for their beauty, and the natural protection that the coral reef provides.

These white sand shadowed beaches are invaded by a beautiful vegetation, coconut palm trees, and its reef with 35 species of coral. The Caribbean submarine scenery of the coral reef is complemented with many species of colored fishes, that make it ideal for diving and fishing. These beaches are the ideal place to relax, and behold the exuberant attributes of its natural life.
